Hi,
I had a look at http://www.xoops.org/ page and found this:

Is this a good or bad augury?

I'm going to assume you're not a programmer Smile

In this instance they are referring to a process called 'caching' where a query or page is only built as often as needed and is stored (or 'cached') for future use between calls. It has nothing to do with geocaching or our activities definition of a 'cache'.

Just an instance of vocabulary overlap Smile
